You may nominate yourself or someone else you know who may be interested in serving on the 2024-2025 SIS Orchestra Booster Club Board. Overviews of each position are listed below.

Nominations are being accepted up until May 1, 2024. All nominees will be contacted via email to discuss their interests. Nominees will be voted on in May, date TBD.

PRESIDENT
Supervises and controls the activities of the organization, presides over all booster meetings, creates meeting agendas, appoints committee chairs, assist Director and acts as the liaison between booster clubs and other support organizations of SIS.
VP
Aide to President and presides over meetings in the absence of the President. Attends all booster meetings.
Secratary
Records & keeps minutes of all meetings, presents copies of meeting agendas, perform necessary club correspondence, oversees the nominating committee and update/revises by-laws as necessary.
Treasurer
Organizes, documents and records all finicial activities of the organization, has oversight of all funds, ensures funds are received and spent in accordance with boosters budget and by-laws, and arranges/prepares end of year audit
Uniform Chair
Maintains inventory, coordinates fittings/sizing, orders new uniforms, coordinates distribution/collection and cleaning of uniforms
Fundraising Chair
Coordinates fundraising events and opportunities throughout the school year, sponsorship, raffles and advertise events
Merchandise Chair
Maintains inventory, coordinates purchase and sale of merchandise and aids with design of Orchestra merch
Membership Chair
Keeps current and accurate log of all members, distributes documentation and publications regarding memberships, recruits new members and renews existing members.
Hospitality Chair
Oversees food/beverages as needed throughout the school year, sets up class catering assignments and coordinates volunteers for hosting.
